1. **Eligibility**
The Commonwealth Alternative Care (CAC) Rewards Program is open to all customers who meet the membership criteria. Membership is free and requires registration.
2. **Earning Points**
Members can earn points on eligible purchases made in-store and online. Points are awarded based on the purchase total, excluding taxes and any other fees. Points are not tiered and can be applied to any eligible purchase once the reward threshold of $5 is met.
3. **Redemption of Points**
Points can be redeemed towards future purchases as long as the total amount of the purchase exceeds $5. Points cannot be used to cover taxes, fees, or any other charges unless explicitly stated.
4. **Cash Back Policy**
Members will not receive cash back for points redeemed. Rewards are designed solely for redemption against future purchases.
5. **Points Expiration**
Reward points never expire! As long as the customer has an active profile, their accumulated loyalty points will remain available.
6. **Non-Transferability**
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or shared between accounts. Members may not combine points from multiple accounts.
7. **Account Maintenance**
Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. Please inform us of any changes to your contact details or account status.
8. **Promotions and Offers**
The CAC Rewards Program is subject to promotional offers, which may alter the terms of earning and redeeming points. Commonwealth Alternative Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
9. **Program Changes**
CAC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including points earning and redemption policies, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email and/or through the Commonwealth Alternative Care website.
10. **Termination of Membership**
CAC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's account for any reason, including but not limited to fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.

For any inquiries or issues related to your points or account, please fill out the contact form on our site or call your local Commonwealth Alternative Care store.
