PAYMENTS: 

  • Cash & Debit card, Dutchie payments only, no EBT or credit cards. 

  • Cashless payment is available via Dutchie Pay. 

  • All store debit terminals are now rounding up to the nearest $10. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

HOW & WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED: 

  • Delivery will be offered 7 days a week from 11am – 7pm from Taunton & Brockton.  

  • Orders will be delivered during a two-hour window. 

  • Once you've placed an order, you will receive an email and text to confirm details before delivery. Learn more about Home Delivery. 

WHO WE CAN DELIVER TO: 

  • Delivering to select towns within a 25 mile radius of Commonwealth Alternative Care, Taunton where regulations permit. 

  • New medical patients, when placing a delivery order, you must first email the store a copy of a valid MA State I.D and your Medical Card per state regulations to info@commonwealthaltcare.org.  

  • Deliveries can only be accepted and completed to the individual, patient, or caregiver that placed the order.  Medical orders accepted by a caregiver must be placed in the patient's name. 

  • Must provide a genuine and valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery, and ID must be current and NOT expired. (Must be at least 21 Years of Age.) 

  • Adult Use can be delivered to any residence.  Medical Orders, per CCC regulations at this time, must be delivered to the primary residence on file with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. and Commonwealth Alternative Care. 

  • For a medical delivery, you must be able to provide a genuine and valid government issued ID and the patient must have valid MMJ registration at time of delivery. The ID must be current and NOT expired. (Must be at least 21 Years of Age or 18 with a valid Medical ID.) 

  • You may have an order delivered to a residence other than that listed on the ID, but it must be a residence.  

THE FINE PRINT: 

  • An order cannot be changed or altered after it has left the Dispensary and must be accepted in full, cancelled, or rejected. All sales are final. 

  • Once a delivery is in route, the delivery address cannot be changed without contacting the dispensary and placing a new order at the new location. 

  • Delivery Agents are equipped with body worn cameras per CCC regulations.

500.145(2)(b) says; (b) Only Marijuana Products that are Shelf-stable may be delivered. Products that are perishable or time and temperature controlled to prevent deterioration may not be allowed to be delivered by a Marijuana courier or a Marijuana Establishment with a Delivery Endorsement.
